Veterancy is feature that raises most questions in the entire Command and Conquer series, so this is how it works. Veterancy is acquired when a unit kills or deals damage to enemy unit and structures to a certain level and then it gets promoted to 4 different ranks.

Benefits and Bonuses

There are 4 ranks that all the units can gain:
每個單位有四個晉級等級。

Rank 1: Green
等級1：菜鳥（新兵）

Units that do not have any veterancy are usually referred to as "Green" units. Green units have no bonus whatsoever.
沒有任何經(jīng)驗的單位通常被稱作“新兵”單位。新兵單位沒有任何獎勵加成。

Rank 2: Veteran
等級2：老兵

Units that kill 3 times their own value gain the "Veteran" rank. Veterans have 10% more health than Green units and deal 10% more damage as well.
殺死三倍于自己價值的單位可以升級為“老兵”等級。老兵們相對新兵擁有10％額外的血量和10％的額外傷害加成。

Rank 3: Elite
等級3：精英

Units that kill a further 3 times their own value gain the "Elite" rank. Elites have 20% more health and deal 20% more damage.
再次殺死三倍于自己價值的單位可以升級為“精英”等級。精英們擁有20％的額外血量和20％的額外傷害加成。

Rank4: Heroic
等級4：英雄

Units that kill a further 3 times their own value gain the most feared "Heroic" status. Heroic units have 50% more health, deal 20% more damage, fires twice as fast and has health regeneration. Heroic infantry are much harder to suppress as well.

Heroic units are easy to spot on the Battlefield because their attacks and unit stance are different to non-heroic units.As they have the Heroic Icon and the special Firing Effects.

How your units gain Veterancy.

As mentioned above, the unit just has to deal damage to the value of 3 times what it costs.

For example:

A GDI Predator costs $1100.
GDI捕食者價值1100元。

• To become a Veteran it will need to kill units to the value of $3300.

• To become an Elite then it will need to kill units to the value of $6600.

• To become a Heroic unit then need to kill a total number of units to the value of $9900.
